War Comics Primer
Overview
If you’ve been going through this index you’ll have noticed that I have skipped stories and books that are one-off stories or very far removed from continuity. In the 1950s there was a ton of war comic books that appeared on the market. May of these series were anthology titles that were entirely comprised of one-off war stories. I’m obviously skipping all of those. However there were issues of Battle, Battle Action, Battlefront, Combat, War Combat, War Comics that featured recurring characters that are considered part of Marvel continuity such as Combat Kelly, Combat Casey, and Battle Brady. Those odd issues that are collected here and I am only indexing those stories. Enjoy
