Amazing Man

John Worth is the latest victim in a series of bizarre murders where gold prospectors are murdered by massive vultures. His murder is witnessed by his daughter, Gladys, who rushes into town to get help. Watching this from his hideout is Doctor Mord, the man who trained the vultures. As he has been claiming the mines of prospectors before they can stake their claims, Mord is determined to stop the girl from telling anyoen the location of this newly discovered vein of gold.

Gladys makes it to the sheriff and tells him what happened and he suggests they get in touch with the Amazing-Man. The letter reaches the Amazing-Man and is read to him by his assistant Zona Henderson. Intrigued by this bizarre series of killings the Amazing-Man and his boy sidekick — Tommy the Amazing Kid — decide to head to Wyoming to investigate.

They arrive just as Gladys is being attacked by vultures and the pair fight them off. One of the birds is killed in the battle. Examining it, Aman discovers an ankle bracelet that receives an electronic signal. With his enhanced senses he tracks the signal back to Doctor Mord’s hideout. As the hero is fighting through Mord’s minion, the mad scientist puts on his control helmet and commands his last vulture to attack Aman.

Although he fights off the massive bird it scratches it with its drug laced talons. When the Amazing-Man goes to face Doctor Mord the drugs take effect allowing the villain to toss him down a trap door. However, the Amazing-Man survives the fall and shakes off the effects of the drug. Meanwhile, some armed men capture Tommy and Gladys. At the bottom of the pit, the Amazing-Man battles an army of massive crabs and gets free.

Clashing with Mord once more, the madman is tossed into his vulture cages. Freed from their cages and no longer under Mord’s control the birds swarm him. Trying to flee, Doctor Mord walks over his trap door and falls to his death. Quickly rushing to the gold mine, the Amazing-Man then quickly saves Tommy and Gladys.
