Series Overview

Issue #12 Featured Doctor Wu (a carry over from All-Select Comics), and Miss America. In the following issue Mister Wu was dropped and replaced with the Sub-Mariner who remained as a backup feature for the rest of the series run, with a brief absence in issue #16 which featured a Captain America story instead. Miss America was eventually dropped by issue #15.

With superheroes losing popularity, Blonde Phantom Comics was later replaced after issue #22 being replaced with a romance comic called Lovers, which resumed the same numbering as BPC.
