Gunhawk Primer
Series Overview
The Gunhawk was a western series that introduced a character of the same name. Gunhawk is the last of what I like to call the “lost” western characters Marvel has created because the character has not been seen since the end of the Golden Age. The series started with issue #12 as the series continued its numbering from Whip Wilson, a western series that was based on a popular western actor of the time. This didn’t last long ending after issue #18.
Index Scope
Like other Timely era books, I am omitting any one-off western stories that did not feature any of Marvel’s regular western heroes.
