While travelling through the jungle Lorna and Greg Knight hear the drum beats calling the Gabu tribe to war. Knowing that the Gabu people cannot help but follow the call of the drums, Greg Knight goes off into the jungle to stop any conflict, telling Lorna to stay away as the jungle is no place for a girl. As usual, Lorna disobeys Greg's orders and swings into the jungle to see what she can do to stop the current crisis.

The drums are being played by the renegade Gabu warrior named Moki who seeks to take over the tribe. Akabi, the ruler of the tribe, tries to rally his people against Moki however they are also enthralled by the drums and come to Moki's call to war. Lorna arrives just as Moki has gathered his forces and tries to swing in to stop them when she is suddenly attacked by a lion. Greg comes to her rescue shooting the big cat dead, but their momentary distraction leaves them open to being captured.

Eventually, Lorna and Greg break free and defeat Moki, freeing the rest of the Gabu from his control.

Curse of the Swamplands!

Lorna comes to the aid of Mikki when the small ape is grabbed by a gorilla while they are swinging through the jungle. Knocking the big ape off a tree into the water below, there a scaly reptilian hand grabs both primates and pulls them underwater. When Lorna tries to go in after them she is stopped by her friend, Greg Knight. He cautions her not to go after the massive lizard that is now swimming away in the swamp.

Ignoring Greg’s warnings, Lorna dives in after the creature. Soon she is attacked by more of the creatures. However, Lorna manages to break free when Greg dives in after her. However, one of the monster lizards grabs Greg and pulls him underwater. Lorna follows after them and discovers an underground cave. Going in to investigate, she discovers that the lizards are under the control of a strange woman who intends to eliminate Lorna so she can rule over the jungle herself.

Unwilling to let this happen, Lorna rushes past the swamp queen and her minions to free Greg, Mikki, and the gorilla. They manage to escape to the surface but the swamp queen and her massive lizards catch up resulting in a battle for survival. In the ensuing clash, Lorna manages to overpower her would-be successor and forces her to surrender and relinquish her hypnotic control over the lizards. With everyone safe, Lorna then ties up the swamp queen so she can be turned over to the authorities. It’s then that she and Greg notice that Mikki and the gorilla are now friends.

Safari of Doom!

Greg Knight and his assistant Iguno are leading a safari for Miss Conroy despite their concerns over travelling through bad country. Despite this, Greg insists on doing his job even after they are confronted by a giant lizard that they are forced to shoot to death. Miss Conroy insists that they push on because she is obsessed with obtaining a rare red orchid. Through the trek they encounter more prehistoric lizards and a group of violent gorillas. Despite these dangers, Conroy insists that they continue on making Greg wonder why she is so obsessed with finding this red orchid.

When they eventually find the rare flower they discover that it is surrounded by deadly scorpions. To everyone’s surprise, the scorpions move out of Miss Conroy’s way when she goes fro the flower. Becoming sinister, Conroy reveals that she is a native of the jungles and a practitioner of magic. Iguno realizes that this is the woman who his grandfather once told stories about, that this sorceress used her magic to dominate the jungles until the red orchids disappeared. However, instead of gaining great power the sorceress rapidly ages and turns into dust.

Greg Knight is confused by this sudden development, Iguno explains that the flower indeed restored to her the sorceress to what she was hundreds of years earlier, including restoring her to her biological age, ending her threat once and for all.

The Green Opal!

Lorna is captured by a communist agent named Alexei who has seized the powerful Green Opal which he intends to use to take over the jungle for his communist overlords. Mikki escapes and brings Greg Knight to her rescue. However Lorna manages to break free herself just before Greg arrives. The two are reunited just as Alexei is about to use his device that utilizes the energies of the Green Opal. Instead of destroying Lorna and Greg the device explodes. The Opal then floats in the air revealing that it is sentient and that it has been watching humanity for centuries, he commands Alexei and his minions to surrender or it will hunt them all over the ends of the earth. Alexei and his minions surrender and vow to turn themselves over to the authorities.
