Black Knight
Merlyn the Magicain has answers the challenge of Mandrac, giving the Black Knight the strength to beat the second of Mandrac's children. Sensign the defeat of his children's defeat, Mandrac summons them back. He then demands that Merlyn show himself in the flesh. Merlyn complies, appearing in his human form, that of a frail old man.
As a show of power, Mandrac takes his massive club and uses it to smash open the ground. The Black Knight and his Elven friends rush to each other's aid to prevent each other from falling into the massive chasm that is opened up. With his opening salvo complete, Mandrac charges at Merlin prepared for battle.

Continuity Notes
Although Captain Britain is dead here, he is resurrected in Hulk Comic #29.
